Welcome to VerifiedPhilippines ("VerifiedPhilippines", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dating platform, website, and mobile/desktop applications (together, the "Services").
VerifiedPhilippines is a company organized under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, with its principal place of business at 131 Lafayette Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852, USA.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
The Services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
We maintain a separate Child Safety Standards Policy that outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
VerifiedPhilippines is a dating platform focused on safety and authenticity. To support this, we use different verification and access flows. These are based on internal safety, authenticity, and community-balance requirements.
The criteria and logic we use to determine which verification or access path applies are part of our internal safety and community-balance systems and are not disclosed in detail. We may modify or reassign verification flows at any time if needed to protect users or the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All changes to your membership tier (both upgrades and downgrades) take effect immediately at the time of purchase. We do not offer a scheduled or delayed change system.
If you do not want to lose the remaining time, value, or features of your current membership tier, you should wait until your current membership has fully expired before purchasing a different tier.
The following rules apply whenever you change your membership tier, whether you are moving to a higher-priced tier ("upgrade") or a lower-priced tier ("downgrade"):
Downgrade Warning: Downgrades take effect immediately. The moment you complete a downgrade payment, your account is switched to the lower tier and you immediately lose all features of the higher tier, including any remaining time or value from your previous plan. No refunds or credits are provided.
For example, if you downgrade from a 12-month Verified+ plan to a 1-month Starter plan on day 5, you immediately lose Verified+ features and only have Starter features for 1 month from that date. Your remaining 7 months of Verified+ are forfeited without refund.
All payments for membership subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancellations stop future charges but do not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
Account deletion or termination for a breach of these Terms does not trigger a refund. For more details, please refer to our separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
All invoices and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and audit compliance laws. If you need copies of your invoices, download them from your account before deleting your account. We cannot provide invoice copies after account deletion.
You agree to use the Services respectfully and lawfully. You must not:
We moderate content and may remove accounts or content that violate these rules without prior notice.
Automated Content Screening: Profile pictures and gallery photos uploaded to the Services are subject to automated screening for inappropriate content, including but not limited to sexually explicit material, nudity, and other policy violations. Images that violate these rules may be automatically blocked, queued for staff review, or removed without prior notice. Verification documents are reviewed by staff separately and are not subject to automated screening. You will not receive a refund or credit for membership fees if your content is removed for violating these rules.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by VerifiedPhilippines or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting content to the Services (such as profile photos or text), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the safety or integrity of the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms (including those related to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) survive termination.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiedPhilippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Rhode Island, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
